This folder contains analysis results (DESeq2, GSEA, MARA) for Ramilowski et al., "Functional Annotation of Human Long Non-Coding RNAs via Molecular Phenotyping". Each sub-folder contains following directories (please check appropriate 'readme.txt' files):

output files from the software including graphs (if applicable) for each ASO-knockdown separately

# 01_combined
results combined into one file, for each analysis type

# 02_significant
up/downregulated DE genes, enriched pathways and MARA motifs across all experiment
