  count: The values in the tables show the raw tag counts
  tpm: The values in the tables show the noramlized TPM values based on the RLE method (in edgeR)

* gene or promoter
  gene: Each row indicates a CAT gene
  promoter: Each row indicates a promoter

* None/ASO/siRNA/CRISPR/CRISPRi
  None: non perturbed (reference) sample
  ASO: knocked-down by ASO gapmers
  siRNA: knoked-down by siRNA oligo
  CRISPRi: knocked-down by CRISPRi sgRNA

* set name
  The name of the set (which corresponds to a specific cell-type or a collaborators)
