the file contains the ontology os the 889 Samples. The sample Ontology developed by a member of the FANTOM5 Consortium (Dr Tom Freeman, University of Edinburgh). 

2) PeakActivity_datatable.zip
the file containts the counts data of CAGE tags; CAGE tags were counted under the RLE (robust transcription expression) set of peaks (n=184827) identified in FANTOM5 across 889 human CAGE libraries
